
Health and Well-being Activities
Our Health and Wellness activities support participants’ overall well-being, mobility, and daily functioning in a safe, supervised environment.
Programming may include:
- Guided seated or low-impact exercise sessions
- Stretching and mobility activities
- Fall-prevention and balance exercises
- Hydration reminders and wellness monitoring
- Group wellness education and healthy-living discussions

Learning & Education
Our Learning and Education activities are designed to support participants’ cognitive engagement, daily living skills, and social interaction in a structured and supportive environment.
Programs may include:
- Memory and cognitive exercises
- Discussion groups and current-events conversations
- Health and wellness education
- Creative learning activities (arts, music, crafts)
- Life-skills reinforcement and routine-building activities
Activities are adapted to each participant’s abilities and interests and are provided in accordance with the participant’s Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP).


Meals and Snacks
Our center provides scheduled meals and snacks to support participants’ daily nutrition, hydration, and comfort while attending the Adult Day Program.
Meals are prepared and served in a supervised setting and may include:
- Nutritious lunch and scheduled snacks (based on attendance schedule)
- Dietary accommodations when required
- Assistance with eating or meal setup as authorized
- Hydration reminders throughout the day
Meal services are adapted to participant needs and are provided in accordance with the participant’s Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) and documented dietary information.
