Yireh Adult Daycare is an Adult Day Center operated by HomePlus Care, a Pennsylvania Community HealthChoices (CHC) Waiver homecare provider. We help older adults stay safe, active, and independent while continuing to live at home.
Visit Our Center
Leave the Upper Darby H Mart parking lot and go to West Chester Pike (PA-3). Turn onto West Chester Pike heading west toward Newtown Square. Stay on the same road and continue straight past the nearby stores and intersections.
Keep following West Chester Pike for a short distance. As you approach the 8000 block, look for the standing sign for Yireh Center.
